Job Summary
Supporting the development and maintenance of SQL Server workloads and cloud data processes, the full-time Associate Data Engineer will assist in migrating data workflows into Azure and Databricks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing SQL queries, stored procedures, and basic SSIS components
- Support maintenance activities for the SQL Server on-prem environment
- Monitor data jobs, investigate failures, and escalate issues as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- Exposure to ETL tools, Azure services, or Databricks preferred
- Foundational SQL skills required
- Strong willingness to learn modern data engineering frameworks and techniques
