Detail-oriented and meticulous, the full-time Associate Data Quality Specialist will manage the integrity and accuracy of customer and prospect data, conducting audits, collaborating with departments, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and assessments of customer and prospect data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collect, update, and maintain customer and prospect information in the database accurately and efficiently
- Analyze data trends and patterns to provide insights that support business decisions
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry, data analysis, or data management, preferably in a research or analytical role
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus
