Associate Data Scientist

Job Summary

Supporting data science initiatives in a full-time remote capacity, the Associate Data Scientist will develop algorithms and models to analyze large datasets, drive business insights, and enhance customer experience while collaborating with senior data scientists.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop algorithms and models to create business insights and solve problems using large datasets
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, preparing reports and presentations on project progress
• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously develop skills in data analytics concepts and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
• Basic knowledge of predictive modeling, data mining, and data analysis
• Experience with a modern scripting language, preferably Python
• Familiarity with data visualization software, preferably Tableau
• Ability to run queries against data, preferably with Google BigQuery or SQL
