Job Summary

To support a growing Data Science & Analytics team, the full-time Associate Data Scientist will drive analytical insights, define business problems, and influence decision-making across various core business areas while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define business questions and metrics, conduct analyses, and surface data insights to inform key decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring recommendations that drive outcomes in growth, product, and strategic partnerships
• Own the analytical function for a specific business unit, ensuring execution from problem definition to outcome delivery

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL or Python
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impactful solutions
• Clear and persuasive communication skills, capable of influencing leadership decisions
• First principles thinker with a focus on defining the right problems before analysis
