Job Summary
Driving the sales quote creation process, the full-time remote Associate Deal Desk Analyst will provide consultation to internal teams, develop sales quotes in CRM tools, and ensure timely execution of the quoting process while collaborating with various departments to meet financial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consultation on the sales quoting process and assist with processing renewals and purchase orders
- Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to create accurate quotes and submit orders
- Execute the quote creation process for renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the quote development process or account quoting
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management software
- Knowledge of the sales quote creation process and its nuances
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
