Associate Dean of Online Programs

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Associate Dean of Online Product Health, the successful candidate will serve as the primary subject matter expert for Liberal Arts and History programs, managing operational projects to enhance product health and promote learner success through data-informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote learner success and quality in programs through data-informed decisions and oversight of curriculum delivery
• Collaborate with instructional teams to apply learning theory and best practices to program development and ensure compliance with accreditation standards
• Conduct research to identify trends and support improvements in processes for increased operational efficiency and programmatic success

Required qualifications

• Earned terminal degree in Liberal Arts, History, Social Sciences, or a closely related academic discipline
• At least 2 years of progressive experience in higher education administration
• Experience in the administration of online degree programs
• Knowledge of environmental forces within higher education relevant to the assigned portfolio
• Understanding of learning science foundations and drivers of student success
