Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Associate Design Director, this full-time position can be hybrid or remote and focuses on exceeding client goals through innovative visual design, managing design systems, and mentoring teams while ensuring high-quality execution across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage original, conceptual, and system-driven visual design work in alignment with agency standards
• Build and maintain comprehensive visual design systems and modular toolkits for efficient asset production
• Provide mentorship to design staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and skill progression

Required qualifications

• Expertise in visual design with a focus on design systems and multi-channel campaign scaling
• Proven experience leading design streams and managing multi-format adaptation pipelines
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with a strong understanding of digital production formats
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Direct experience in team leadership and mentorship
