Associate Developer
Job Summary
To support a pioneering team building software for the industrial equipment and commercial field service industry, the full-time Associate Developer will design, develop, test, and support Business Central and cross-platform mobile solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Complete small enhancements, bug fixes, and technical tasks with regular guidance
- Participate in sprint planning and collaborate with the team to clarify expected behavior and resolve defects
- Write code that meets acceptance criteria and document changes clearly for team members
Required qualifications
- Foundational software-development knowledge through a degree, certificate program, internship, or equivalent project work
- Basic proficiency in at least one relevant programming language or framework, such as AL, React Native, or TypeScript
- Working knowledge of programming fundamentals, debugging, testing, source control, and API concepts
- Ability to follow defined requirements, ask effective questions, and document work
- Experience collaborating with team members in a development environment
