Associate Developer
Job Summary
To support a pioneering team in building software for the industrial equipment and commercial field service industry, the full-time remote Associate Developer will complete defined sprint work, write and test code, and document changes while collaborating with team members and improving engineering practices.
Key responsibilities
- Complete small enhancements, bug fixes, and technical tasks with regular guidance
- Participate in sprint planning, daily coordination, and code reviews while validating changes against acceptance criteria
- Learn relevant Business Central functionality and assist with mobile build, signing, testing, and submissions for app releases
Required qualifications
- Foundational software-development knowledge through a degree, certificate program, internship, or equivalent project work
- Basic proficiency in at least one relevant programming language or framework, such as AL, React Native, or TypeScript
- Working knowledge of programming fundamentals, debugging, testing, source control, and API concepts
- Ability to follow defined requirements, ask effective questions, and collaborate with team members
