Associate DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the AWS and Kubernetes analytics infrastructure for the NitroAI Team, the full-time Associate DevOps Engineer will manage day-to-day operations, build and maintain GitOps deployments, and support CI/CD pipelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor reliability and performance of the AWS and Kubernetes platform, proactively addressing issues for a global consulting team
- Build and maintain GitOps deployments, including sync policies and configuration management
- Act as first responder on platform incidents, triaging and documenting post-mortems
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes
- Working knowledge of GitLab CI/CD, including runner management and Bash scripting
- Familiarity with GitOps practices such as ArgoCD
- Exposure to Terraform or another infrastructure-as-code tool
- Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset
