Associate Director, Agile Solutions

Job Summary

Driving agile research delivery for clients in the UK and Europe, the full-time Associate Director, Agile Solutions will oversee multiple projects, ensure effective execution of studies, and present strategic insights to stakeholders while working remotely with support from a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery across multiple agile research projects and ensure effective execution of both ad hoc studies and ongoing programs
• Direct the design and delivery of agile research solutions to address client business questions and enhance delivery effectiveness
• Act as a senior client partner, maintaining and growing client relationships while leading high-impact presentations

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of direct and relevant experience in market research or business insights
• University Degree or Post-Graduate Program in a relevant field such as Marketing, Statistics, or Business Insights
• Experience working with research technology platforms and engaging with senior stakeholders
• Quantitative research expertise with a proven track record in insights projects from design through reporting
• Existing legal right to work in the United Kingdom; relocation support is not offered
