Job Summary
Leading the transformation of advanced analytics, the full-time Associate Director, AI Product Owner will manage the Agentic MMx Platform's strategy and roadmap, collaborating with global teams to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions that enhance commercial decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the product owner for the Agentic MMx Platform, driving its evolution and stakeholder alignment
- Lead cross-functional teams to architect and maintain scalable analytics solutions, including dashboards and automated insights
- Manage the AI product lifecycle, ensuring robust governance and compliance while promoting innovation and efficiency
Required qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD preferred) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in pharma commercial analytics or decision science
- Proficiency with causal inference tools and experience operationalizing agentic AI solutions
- Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical data and AI governance in regulated environments
- Experience with cloud analytics platforms and mastery of programming/data science tools (Python, R)
