Associate Director, Business Development

Job Summary

To drive growth in the ADC/bioconjugate CMC services business, the remote Associate Director, Business Development will identify and establish new biotech clients on the US East Coast while achieving regional sales targets and managing a portfolio of accounts.

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve regional sales targets and grow the ADC/bioconjugate CMC services business
• Manage a portfolio of biotech accounts and build strong internal relationships across functions
• Plan and perform the selling, proposal, and contract negotiation process independently

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in the ADC industry, or a Master's/PhD with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Successful sales and territory management experience within the ADC CMO/CRO space
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
