Job Summary

Driving the expansion of business partnerships, the full-time Associate Director, Business Partnerships will manage the recruitment and engagement of business partners for the Teamship program, ensuring high-quality matches and operational efficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and convert a strong pipeline of prospective business partners aligned with Teamship's program needs
• Deliver high-quality matches between business partners and Teamship programs, ensuring smooth onboarding and positive experiences
• Strengthen operations by supporting improvements to systems and workflows that enhance efficiency and impact

• Proven experience in business development or partnership management
