Associate Director, Case Insights
Job Summary
Leading complex client engagements, the full-time Associate Director, Case Insights will leverage artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to provide litigation intelligence while serving as a senior client-facing advisor in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior client-facing advisor, leading discovery conversations to understand client objectives and desired outcomes
- Scope and lead complex Case Insights engagements, coordinating work across project teams from solution design through delivery
- Design and oversee solutions that integrate artificial intelligence, generative AI, and advanced analytics tailored to client needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree such as JD, MBA, MS, or MA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of client services experience in eDiscovery, legal technology, or related consulting capacity
- Demonstrated experience leading client-facing engagements and communicating with legal, technical, and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and generative AI applications in research and litigation workflows
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
