Associate Director, Channel Strategy

Job Summary

Proactively designing and optimizing cross-functional programs, the full-time remote Associate Director, Channel Strategy will manage affordability and channel programs, ensuring seamless access and distribution while balancing execution with scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end performance management process for affordability and channel programs across in-line brands and launches
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build readiness frameworks for new product launches and LOE transitions
• Lead structured prioritization efforts across the portfolio to allocate resources to high-impact opportunities and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries, specifically in payer and/or channel functions
• Experience in performance tracking and quarterly business review development
• Proven track record in program management and cross-functional team leadership
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
