Associate Director Clinical Project Management

Job Summary

Leading the management of multiple Phase I-IV clinical research trials, the full-time Associate Director Clinical Project Management will ensure project delivery aligns with sponsor expectations, overseeing clinical operations and staff development in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate the execution of assigned clinical trials, overseeing management from planning to analysis phases
• Ensure compliance with ICH guidelines, GCP, and regulatory requirements while managing project timelines and budgets
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Clinical Project Managers and Coordinators, fostering professional development and effective project execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in allied health fields such as nursing, pharmacy, or health science, preferably with clinical trial management experience
• At least 10 years of clinical research experience, demonstrating a thorough understanding of global trial management processes
• Proven experience in the management of clinical trials
• Thorough understanding of at least one therapeutic area relevant to clinical projects
