Associate Director, Commercial Forecasting
Job Summary
To support the Commercial Effectiveness team, the full-time remote Associate Director, Commercial Forecasting will manage the development and maintenance of forecasting models for respiratory products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize commercial strategy and performance insights.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain US forecasting models across multiple respiratory products and indications
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent forecast assumptions and messaging
- Integrate data analyses and market research insights to enhance forecast accuracy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in commercial demand forecasting within pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare consulting
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources and experience with product launches
- High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with advanced analytical modeling and a blend of technical proficiency and business acumen
