Job Summary
Co-leading strategic and operational planning, the full-time Associate Director, Drug Development will manage cross-functional program execution plans, ensure milestone delivery, and foster effective team dynamics in Princeton, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Global Program Lead and Global Project Manager to drive integrated program execution plans
- Coordinate milestone setting, budget forecasting, and resource planning for development programs
- Facilitate team goal setting and manage communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical Sciences, or related discipline; Ph.D. preferred
- 10+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry with expertise in project management
- Proven track record in planning and managing complex drug development programs
- Strong leadership skills and experience in leading cross-functional matrix teams
- Expert understanding of drug development processes and project management tools
