Job Summary
Leading the strategy and operations for eCommerce and eProcurement, the full-time Associate Director, eCommerce Operations will manage the growth of digital purchasing capabilities, oversee customer onboarding, and drive continuous improvement in operational performance, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and expansion of eProcurement capabilities and B2B digital purchasing channels
- Oversee customer onboarding processes and ensure scalable integrations for eProcurement
- Drive continuous improvement and operational performance across eCommerce operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years of related experience, including 7+ years in management
- Significant experience in leading eProcurement programs within a complex B2B environment
- Hands-on experience with eProcurement ecosystems, including customer procurement integrations
- Strong understanding of B2B digital purchasing and order-to-cash processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional digital and operational programs
