Associate Director, Global Master Data Management
Job Summary
Owning the Global Master Data Management platform landscape, the full-time Associate Director, Global Master Data Management will manage configurations, workflows, and integration to support the orthopedic organization while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the continuous assessment and data harmonization for business objectives within the Global Master Data Management platform
- Provide leadership and mentorship to associates, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to meet business goals
- Develop and lead systems improvement initiatives to enhance operational capabilities across Master Data Management systems
Required qualifications
- BS or BA degree in Business/IT preferred; MBA or MS is a plus
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in a related field, including prior people management experience
- Experience with MDM platform technologies (e.g., SAP MDG, Reltio) and developing Master Data Management strategies
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve quality and process improvements
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
