Associate Director, HEOR Strategy
Job Summary
To support the development and implementation of HEOR strategies for multiple indications, the full-time Associate Director, HEOR Strategy will work remotely, leading innovative research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging with external stakeholders to optimize treatment decisions and support global HTA submissions.
Key responsibilities
- Participates as an HEOR subject-matter expert in cross-functional teams to align Global HEOR strategies with Integrated Evidence Plans
- Leads and conducts timely execution of robust research aligned with strategic objectives
- Develops relationships with key external thought-leaders and supports study protocol development and publication of findings
Required qualifications
- Advanced degree in health economics or a related discipline
- Minimum of five years of experience with a Master's degree, or three years with a PhD
- Strong foundation in core HEOR specialties such as epidemiology, biostatistics, and health services research
- Proven ability to manage health economics projects from inception to publication with minimal oversight
- Experience presenting complex scientific data to cross-functional audiences
