Associate Director, HR Operations

Job Summary

To enhance the People Enablement function, the full-time remote Associate Director, HR Operations will manage the design and governance of scalable HR processes, implement process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the employee and manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, documentation, and ongoing improvement of end-to-end People Enablement processes, ensuring clarity in ownership and operational standards
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for HR processes, including approvals and version control, to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Utilize operational data and stakeholder feedback to identify issues and recommend improvements, maintaining a continuous-improvement roadmap

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Eight or more years of experience in HR operations, process improvement, or program management
• Proven experience in designing and improving HR processes and establishing governance frameworks
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and supporting major HR cycles such as Open Enrollment or compensation planning
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience in HR systems and project management tools
