Associate Director, Neurology Management

Job Summary

To drive strategic initiatives in the Neurology portfolio, the full-time Associate Director, Medical Portfolio Management will manage integrated Annual Medical Plans, oversee cross-project dependencies, and lead high-performing teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of integrated Annual Medical Plans (AMP) for the Neurology franchise, ensuring alignment with core business value and long-term objectives
• Drive cross-functional forums and synthesize complex data into high-impact reports for executive decision-making
• Establish frameworks to measure the long-term impact of medical programs, ensuring tangible benefits for the organization and patients

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, MBA, or MS in Life Sciences)
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech project management or medical affairs operations
• Expert proficiency in MS Project, Veeva Medical, and budget management tools
• Project Management Professional (PMP) training or certification highly desired
• Proven track record in Oncology and/or Neurology and/or Rare Disease
