Job Summary
Overseeing the admissions leaders, the fully remote Associate Director of Admissions will manage and execute the enrollment process, support partner campuses, and develop quality staff while ensuring effective communication within Full Service Teams.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with partner campuses to execute student-focused enrollment processes
- Make strategic decisions to enhance the efficiency of the admissions process
- Train and supervise Admissions Advisors to ensure accurate presentation of college programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of admissions, customer service, or sales experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Leadership experience in education
- Military recruitment experience
