Associate Director of Admissions Technology
Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership for admission technology systems, the full-time Associate Director of Admissions Technology will oversee enrollment management systems, manage technical projects, and supervise technology staff in a remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the functional management of application management tools, student information systems, and CRM platforms
- Oversee technical projects, system enhancements, and data integrity initiatives while collaborating with campus stakeholders
- Manage issue resolution, testing, and ensure effective training and documentation for enrollment operations systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a combination of education and at least 4 years of relevant work experience
- Considerable experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar
- Considerable experience with SIS systems like Banner or PeopleSoft
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Considerable experience supervising a team
