Job Summary

Leading the architecture and engineering of Agentic and Generative AI solutions for enterprise clients, the full-time Associate Director of AI Solutions will manage complex AI projects, ensuring compliance with governance standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI solutions, including multi-agent systems and LLM integration
• Embed Responsible AI principles and ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory frameworks
• Translate business use cases into AI solution blueprints and provide technical leadership for deployment

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or AI engineering with a focus on Generative AI
• Hands-on knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks
• Experience designing AI systems on platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
• Strong understanding of API-driven architectures and cloud-native platforms
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
