Job Summary
Leading the architecture and engineering of Agentic and Generative AI solutions for enterprise clients, the full-time Associate Director of AI Solutions will develop scalable AI architectures, ensure compliance with governance standards, and drive innovation in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Agentic and Generative AI solutions, including multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks
- Embed Responsible AI principles and ensure compliance with AI governance and security policies
- Translate business use cases into AI solution blueprints and provide technical leadership across projects
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or AI engineering with a focus on Generative and Agentic AI
- Hands-on knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks
- Experience designing AI systems on platforms like Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or AWS
- Strong understanding of API-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud-native platforms
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in client-facing environments
