Associate Director of Alliance Management

Job Summary

Managing existing business partnerships with preferred electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) vendors, the full-time Associate Director of Alliance Management will oversee eCOA services across neuroscience clinical development programs, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and effective vendor performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with partners to ensure timely execution of eCOA services and adherence to agreements
• Provide end-to-end oversight of eCOA services, including vendor strategy, study start-up, and data delivery
• Co-lead governance meetings and collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• A minimum of 5-7 years of industry experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO, with a focus on neuroscience clinical development
• Hands-on experience managing eCOA across the clinical trial lifecycle
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with Contract Service Providers and negotiating contracts is preferred
