Associate Director of Analytics

Job Summary

To build and ship data products, the full-time Associate Director of Analytics will manage the development of curated datasets, pipelines, and dashboards while collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the build of curated datasets, transformation pipelines, and reporting layers for enterprise and client-facing data products
• Deliver scoped engagements end to end by managing build plans and ensuring visibility in delivery against project goals
• Implement enterprise reporting standards, ensuring traceability and validation of metrics from dashboards to source data

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent experience in analytics delivery
• Strong proficiency in SQL, production data transformations, and experience with Power BI or Domo at the semantic model level
• Experience with cloud warehouse or lakehouse platforms, such as Redshift and Databricks
• Proven track record of delivering actionable analytics under tight deadlines across diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in analytic methods, with proficiency in at least one programming language such as R, Python, Stata, or SAS
