Associate Director of Analytics

Job Summary

Leading complex analytical projects, the full-time remote Associate Director of Analytics will design and deliver strategic analyses and AI-enabled solutions to inform enterprise priorities and operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of strategic analyses and AI-enabled solutions, converting complex information into actionable insights
• Frame ambiguous business questions and develop rigorous analytical and implementation plans, including scalable analytical pipelines
• Mentor analysts and data scientists while partnering across teams to ensure sustainable implementation and measurable improvement

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in applied data science, advanced analytics, or related disciplines
• Experience leading complex analytical projects from problem definition through to stakeholder communication
• Advanced proficiency with Python and experience using SQL and R or comparable analytical tools
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and develop innovative approaches to complex problems
