Associate Director of Art Direction

Job Summary

To support a dynamic client, the full-time remote Associate Director of Art Direction will deliver high-impact digital creative, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and manage video and content production while ensuring design excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact creative by conceptualizing and designing engaging digital content across social media and video platforms
• Mentor and lead junior and mid-level Art Directors and Designers, providing constructive feedback to enhance team output
• Support video and content production by collaborating with cross-functional teams during pre-production, on-set shoots, and post-production

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and video-driven work
• Prior experience in a social agency or similar environment with high-volume, high-visibility accounts
• Hands-on experience in content production, including collaboration with video directors and editors
• Proficiency in generative AI platforms for creative production workflows
• Strong understanding of performance-driven creative execution and multi-channel social optimization
