Associate Director of Client Management

Job Summary

To support a dynamic marketing team, the remote Associate Director of Client Management will manage campaign execution, develop influencer marketing strategies, and ensure client satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead multi-faceted influencer marketing strategies for diverse clients
• Work closely with Client Solution Leads to identify growth opportunities and oversee day-to-day execution
• Mentor account managers and drive collaboration within the account management department

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in an agency, marketing-tech, or media start-up environment
• Direct experience in influencer marketing with a strong background in developing marketing campaigns
• Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to inform strategies and campaign plans
• Exceptional leadership skills and experience creating presentations using Keynote or Google Slides
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
