Associate Director of Clinical Operations

Job Summary

To support a leading clinical research organization, the remote Associate Director of Clinical Operations will manage clinical operations strategy and execution across multiple research programs, oversee trial management and site monitoring, and serve as the primary client-facing operational leader.

Key responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations strategy and execution for various clinical research programs
• Oversee clinical trial management, site monitoring, and TMF management activities
• Direct and mentor Clinical Trial Managers and project teams while managing project timelines and budgets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or clinical research environments
• 6+ years of clinical operations leadership or project management experience
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical development processes
• Experience leading large-scale clinical programs and direct client-facing responsibilities
