Associate Director of Communications

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of CTDO & Global PDS Operations, the full-time Associate Director of Communications will develop and execute strategic communications initiatives for Product Development and External Manufacturing, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and translating complex concepts into engaging communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated communications strategies that align with Product Development and External Manufacturing priorities
• Provide strategic communications counsel to leadership teams, enhancing their ability to communicate organizational priorities and initiatives effectively
• Manage external communications initiatives to strengthen the reputation of Product Development and External Manufacturing through media relations and thought leadership opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of communications experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related industries
• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, business, life sciences, or a related field
• Proven ability to counsel and influence senior leaders in a complex organization
• Experience in scientific, technical, or operational communications preferred
• Strong proficiency with digital communications platforms and content development
