Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Data Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing data architecture and analytics team to deliver self-serve reporting capabilities
- Develop and govern a scalable data architecture within Snowflake, ensuring quality and usability of Data Products
- Transform raw data into structured tables and views for reporting and support the adoption of data visualization tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Master's degree in Data Analytics or related fields is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, management, or analytics leadership roles
- Hands-on experience and expertise in DBT and proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms
