Associate Director of Data Product

Job Summary

Leading the development of the DataHub product, the full-time Associate Director of Data Product Management will oversee day-to-day operations, collaborate with engineering on releases, and evaluate new feature opportunities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development of complex features, including conducting client discovery sessions and writing product requirement documents (PRDs)
• Provide company-wide updates on product status and manage client escalations with minimal oversight
• Set clear expectations for direct reports and guide their career development while planning monthly and quarterly roadmaps

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of overall Product Management experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Strong technical background with knowledge in data modeling and analytics tools
• Proficient in SQL and JIRA, with experience in running scrum processes
• Experience working with healthcare datasets, such as electronic health records or claims data
• Ability to navigate client escalations and handle ambiguous problem spaces effectively
