Associate Director of Experience Design

Job Summary

Leading the design vision for complex client projects, the full-time Associate Director of Experience Design will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful design solutions while managing and mentoring junior team members in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design strategies that align with customer business goals and integrate into broader technology and innovation strategies
• Shape organizational strategy for AI adoption in design, ensuring ethical standards and guiding frameworks for human/AI interaction
• Drive design thinking across the organization, advocating for the integration of design principles in all stages of project delivery

Required qualifications

• Deep understanding of human-centered design methods and mindset
• Proficiency in designing and conducting user research
• Experience in creating low-to-high fidelity prototypes
• Expertise in visual communication and information design
• Knowledge of AI tools and their ethical implications in design
