Job Summary
Leading design activities for the next era of computing, the full-time remote Associate Director of Experience Design will focus on humanizing complex intelligence, creating dynamic interaction patterns, and advocating for inclusive design in AI-driven environments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead user research to uncover pain points in the human-AI relationship and create journey maps
- Facilitate co-creation sessions and usability tests, collaborating with creative technologists and AI engineers
- Champion ethical design by ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in AI experiences for diverse users
Required qualifications
- Experience in UX or experience design with a strong portfolio of enterprise or innovation-studio projects
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability testing methods
- Direct experience with AI, agentic AI/UX, and data-driven design preferred
- Proficiency in Figma or Sketch, or similar prototyping tools
- Excellent communication skills in English
