Associate Director of Growth

Job Summary

Supporting the agency's growth and client partnership efforts, the hybrid Associate Director of Growth will manage procurement-related client needs, develop scopes of work, and assist in pitch development while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of growth strategies for existing and prospective clients
• Draft and coordinate Statements of Work (SOWs) and manage procurement-related requests
• Prepare presentations and pitch materials while facilitating pitch rehearsals for internal and client-facing meetings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or business growth roles
• Experience within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or communications agency preferred
• Proficiency in developing SOWs, proposals, and client-facing procurement materials
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities
