Associate Director of Learning Development

Job Summary

Leading the design and deployment of manufacturing learning programs, the full-time remote Associate Director of Learning Development will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance workforce capability and operational performance across Johnson Controls' global plant network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise learning strategies to address workforce capability needs in manufacturing
• Lead the creation and improvement of technical learning architectures and role-based learning pathways
• Manage complex learning initiatives and ensure alignment of learning solutions with operational realities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in relevant fields such as Learning & Development or Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in learning, workforce capability, or related disciplines within large organizations
• Experience in developing role-based learning architectures and technical curricula for manufacturing environments
• Proven ability to partner with operational leaders to identify capability needs and implement learning solutions
• Experience in establishing enterprise standards and governance processes across diverse stakeholders
