Job Summary

To shape and prioritize a portfolio of AI opportunities, the remote Associate Director of People Technology will manage the translation of unstructured demand into decision-ready initiatives while ensuring alignment with business strategy and measurable value outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and refine a portfolio of AI opportunities, ensuring alignment with business strategy and prioritization based on value and feasibility
• Lead opportunity framing, including problem definition, stakeholder alignment, and dependency identification
• Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses, presenting recommendations to governance forums to influence funding decisions

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in product strategy, portfolio management, or solution delivery, particularly with AI or machine learning products
• Strong experience in developing business cases and translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems into clearly defined opportunities
• Demonstrated effectiveness in leading cross-functional efforts in complex environments
• Executive-level communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders
