Associate Director of Pricing Strategy

Job Summary

Leading integrated U.S. pricing and contracting economics for obesity-related conditions, the full-time remote Associate Director of Pricing Strategy will manage pricing and contracting recommendations, oversee gross to net processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of pricing strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead development of U.S. pricing and contracting recommendations across various payer channels
• Oversee the latest estimate discount rate process and maintain integrated gross to net views for planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate pricing strategies into executable contract terms

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 3 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 5 years; or Bachelor's degree with 7 years; or Associate's degree with 12 years; or High school diploma/GED with 14 years of relevant experience
• Experience in U.S. pharmaceutical pricing, payer or PBM contracting, and GTN forecasting
• Demonstrated ownership of economic models that support senior decision-making
• Familiarity with reimbursement flows and their implications for pricing and GTN reporting
• Strong executive communication skills and advanced Excel proficiency
