Associate Director of Product
Job Summary
To lead the continued development of the Intus Revenue Integrity System (IRIS), the full-time Associate Director of Product Management will oversee day-to-day operations, partner with engineering for release planning, and evaluate new feature opportunities in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Independently leverage AI to investigate the codebase and resolve technical functionality questions
- Provide company-wide updates related to the product and handle client escalations with minimal oversight
- Set clear expectations for direct reports and provide regular feedback to support their growth and development
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of overall Product Management experience, including 1+ years managing and developing a team
- Familiarity with Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding methodologies and RAF score calculations in the Medicare Advantage space
- Strong understanding of the software product development lifecycle and experience running scrum processes
- Comfort in SQL and JIRA
- Proactive and eager to learn new skills
