Associate Director of Professional Services

Job Summary

Leading day-to-day operations in a remote full-time capacity, the Associate Director of Professional Services will manage delivery quality, team performance, and project profitability while coordinating priorities across Professional Services, Cloud Solutions, and Architecture functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable leaders across Professional Services Delivery, Cloud Solutions, and Cloud Solutions Architecture
• Own operational delivery performance, including client outcomes, utilization, capacity, and project budgets
• Coordinate demand forecasting, resource planning, and delivery priorities across multiple teams

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant IT services experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles within a Managed Service Provider or similar environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, and professional-services project delivery
• Proven ability to manage complex delivery portfolios and balance competing resource demands
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong people-leadership experience with the ability to coach managers and technical leaders
