Associate Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Leading project management teams for 1-2 brands, the remote Associate Director of Project Management will oversee complex projects, manage brand financials, and drive operational efficiency while mentoring PM talent and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-agency initiatives and manage brand-level planning, timelines, and workstreams
• Oversee brand financials, including estimates, forecasting, and risk mitigation
• Mentor project management talent and contribute to team development and onboarding initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience, with 1-2 years in healthcare or pharma advertising
• Strong budgeting and portfolio management skills with experience in various project types
• Ability to manage senior-level strategy partners and align cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with operational platforms such as Excel, Power BI, and Workfront/Ziflow
• Bachelor's degree required
