Associate Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Leading project management teams for 1-2 brands, the remote Associate Director of Project Management will oversee complex projects, manage financials, and drive operational efficiency while mentoring PM talent and ensuring alignment across initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-agency initiatives and brand-level planning, ensuring clarity and alignment across projects
• Manage brand financials including estimates, forecasting, and risk mitigation through proactive planning
• Mentor PM talent and oversee onboarding and training while contributing to department learning initiatives

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience, with 1-2 years in healthcare/pharma advertising
• Strong budgeting and portfolio management skills, with experience in various project types
• Ability to manage up and guide senior-level strategy partners
• Familiarity with operational platforms such as Excel, Power BI, and Workfront/Ziflow
• Bachelor's degree required
