Job Summary

Leading project management teams for 1-2 brands, the remote Associate Director of Project Management will oversee complex projects, manage financials, and drive operational efficiency while mentoring talent and ensuring strategic alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-agency initiatives, guiding brand-level planning and ensuring clarity across projects
• Manage brand financials, including estimates, forecasting, and risk mitigation
• Mentor and develop project management talent, balancing workloads and contributing to training initiatives

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience, with 1-2 years in healthcare or pharma advertising
• Strong budgeting and portfolio management skills, particularly for launch and mature brands
• Experience with various project types, including digital initiatives and cross-departmental strategies
• Proficiency in operational platforms such as Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet
• Bachelor's degree required
