Associate Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Leading project management teams for 1-2 brands, the full-time remote Associate Director of Project Management will oversee complex projects, manage financials, and drive operational efficiency while mentoring team members and guiding strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-agency initiatives, managing brand-level planning and ensuring alignment across projects
• Oversee financial management including scopes, estimates, forecasting, and risk mitigation
• Mentor and develop project management talent while optimizing workflows and resource allocation

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience, with 1-2 years in healthcare or pharma advertising
• Strong budgeting and portfolio management skills, with experience in various project types
• Ability to manage senior-level strategy partners and align cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with operational platforms such as Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet
• Bachelor's degree required
