Associate Director of Project Management

Job Summary

To support the growth and profitability of the business unit, the full-time Associate Director of Project Management will manage client relationships, lead proposal generation efforts, and oversee a small project management team focused on healthcare construction projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director of Project Management in managing client relationships and driving new revenue through business development
• Lead bid teams and generate proposals, while attending client interviews to present service offerings
• Provide effective line management for assigned staff, including coaching and mentoring for professional growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare construction and at least 8 years in project management within the construction industry
• Experience managing client accounts and teams of project managers
• Strong knowledge of the local construction market and project life cycle
• Demonstrated business development experience with existing and new clients
